Join our team as an Agile Coach (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the adoption of SAFe across multiple business units and entities
• Launch and support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitate PI Planning
• Design and execute the SAFe implementation roadmap
• Drive Lean Portfolio Management and governance practices
• Coach executives, managers, and teams on SAFe principles and ceremonies
• Facilitate workshops, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and transformation initiatives
• Engage business stakeholders and align business objectives with agile delivery
• Support the implementation of Triskell for portfolio visibility and capacity planning
• Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and agile mindset
• Promote AI usage in agile delivery and sustainability (RSE/Green IT) practices
• Collaborate across multiple entities with different agile maturity levels

Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAFe at enterprise level
• Hands-on experience launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and governance models
• Proven experience driving business transformation and cultural change
• Strong coaching experience at executive, management, and team levels
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and agile ceremonies
• Certifications (Mandatory): SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Advanced SPC (A-SPC)
• Nice to Have Certifications: Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
