Join our team as a Tester (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, plan, and execute functional and non-functional test cases to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira and manage test cycles through platforms like Xray.
• Contribute to test strategy definition, test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Validate data quality, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of test cases, results, and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Tester.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• ISTQB or PSTQB certification.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools such as Xray.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAS, SAP, or Salesforce is highly valued.
• Understanding of data quality principles, privacy, and security compliance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving approach.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
