Join our team as a Tech Delivery Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budget and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams while maintaining strong alignment with business stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor roadmaps, KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent project performance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business areas.
• Oversee third-party vendors and contracts, ensuring KPI and SLA compliance.
• Review and interpret technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration flows (EAI).
• Ensure adoption of best practices related to CI/CD, Cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and application security (OWASP, SAST, DAST, vulnerability management).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
• Strong technical background (e.g., former developer, tech lead or software architect).
• Solid understanding of software development concepts, including architectures, APIs, DevOps and integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and GitHub.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Understanding of information security best practices.
• Experience in corporate environments and complex projects (front-end applications, ERP systems, integrations, cloud solutions).
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
