Join our team as a SAN Storage Administrator (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor, manage, and optimize NAS and SMB storage systems in enterprise environments.
• Administer and maintain NFS and SMB storage infrastructures, ensuring performance and availability.
• Manage and support enterprise storage platforms such as NetApp, Dell PowerScale (Isilon), and Hitachi VSP.
• Perform SAN disk provisioning and support storage allocation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and SAN-related issues.
• Manage and integrate Windows file services, including SMB shares, DFS, and Active Directory.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting tools (Bash, KSH, Python, Perl, Ansible).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient storage operations and service delivery.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in NAS storage administration, with deep knowledge of NetApp, Dell PowerScale (Isilon), and Hitachi VSP.
• Proven expertise in SMB storage systems and integration with Windows Active Directory and DFS.
• Solid understanding of NFS, iSCSI, and NVMe protocols.
• Experience with SAN environments, including disk provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, using Shell (Bash/KSH), Python, or Ansible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and support end users.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
