Join our team as a Quality Assurance Tester (Hybrid – Porto)!
What You’ll Do:
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web interfaces, backoffice/admin panels, and end-to-end business flows.
- Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues beyond scripted scenarios.
- Validate data in Oracle databases and support troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
- Report, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the QA team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, UI testing for backoffice/admin panels, and exploratory testing.
- Experience with Jira (or similar tools) and Oracle DB.
- Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, or other automation/performance tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Portuguese and English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
