Join our team as a QA Automation Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon, Coimbra, Braga)!

*We are hiring for both Senior and Lead positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites ensuring strong regression coverage and platform reliability.
• Implement API-level testing strategies, including contract, integration, and component testing across microservices architectures.
• Develop automated validations for complex data pipelines to guarantee measurement accuracy and data integrity.
• Enhance and maintain the automation ecosystem using tools such as Playwright, Supertest (NestJS), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GCP Cloud Build).
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to embed quality practices into the development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows, ensuring fast and stable releases.
• Monitor and improve quality KPIs, including test coverage, execution time, and stability.
• For Lead profiles: Drive test strategy definition, mentor QA engineers, and promote best practices across teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years f-of experience in test automation for web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Practical expertise with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Supertest, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data validation, particularly within analytics or measurement platforms.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience within API-first and cloud-native architectures.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
