Join our team as a Networking Tech Lead Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert-level technical support for networking services, responding to complex incidents and service requests.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of networking strategies, projects, and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and delivery leadership to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Design and implement networking solutions across different technologies and environments.
• Apply best practices and security standards in networking service delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.
• Support ongoing operational activities, including participation in a 24×7 standby rotation.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with: Cisco, HPE, and Huawei routing & switching, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5 firewalls/load balancing
• Proven experience managing enterprise networking technologies and infrastructure environments.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex networking scenarios.
• Ability to work across operational support and project implementation activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant networking experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a similar senior networking role.
• Mandatory certifications in at least some of the following: Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Cisco, Checkpoint
• Nice to have, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Juniper certifications or experience
• Portuguese: Native leve
• English: Minimum B1 level
