Join our team as a Linux System Administrator (Hybrid – Lisbon)! 

What You’ll Do: 

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix operating systems in enterprise environments. 
• Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, availability, and security hardening. 
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management practices. 
• Support and manage virtualized, containerized, and high-availability environments. 
• Contribute to infrastructure optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure stable and secure platform operations. 

Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing Linux/Unix systems in production environments. 
• Strong scripting skills (Bash and/or Python) with the ability to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. 
• Solid experience working with enterprise infrastructure components, including configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible or AWX, container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, virtualization technologies such as Oracle VM, database environments like MongoDB, load balancing solutions including HAProxy, and patch and lifecycle management tools such as Red Hat Satellite. 
• Hands-on experience supporting high-availability and mission-critical environments, with a clear understanding of performance tuning, system hardening, and reliability best practices. 
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities in complex distributed systems. 
• Experience working in client-facing or enterprise environments, demonstrating autonomy, ownership, and accountability. 
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and operational excellence. 
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).  
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
