Join our team as an IT Software Procurement Consultant (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead software procurement activities, including financial negotiations and contract management with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Define and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and streamline supplier ecosystems.
• Manage and strengthen Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), ensuring long-term value with strategic partners.
• Oversee tenders and RFQs at a group level, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and business objectives.
• Negotiate contract renewals and establish new agreements with both existing and new vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance, driving continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for procurement processes, promoting best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
• Ensure proper usage of sourcing tools and maintain accurate reporting on contracts, savings, and supplier metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or vendor management, with a strong focus on software sourcing.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience working in international or multinational environments, with exposure to global procurement processes.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, procurement platforms, and reporting methodologies.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working in a global and multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a structured and efficient manner.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
