Join our team as an IT Compliance Consultant (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and ensure compliance of IT systems and processes with regulatory frameworks and industry standards, including DORA and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Review, update, and produce governance and technical documentation such as policies, procedures, continuity plans, and compliance reports.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, validating controls, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational and security risks, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely alignment of the organization with evolving compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of security and governance controls.
• Contribute to strengthening the organization’s overall security posture and governance framework.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, IT governance, or information security roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards such as DORA, ISO/IEC 27001, and general information security best practices.
• Experience supporting audits and working with compliance documentation, controls, and evidence collection.
• Good understanding of IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, and security controls.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk-oriented thinking.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within the financial sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
