Join our team as an Integration & Production Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon or Porto)!
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support, managing and tracking incidents through ticketing systems.
- Perform initial diagnostics, apply established procedures, and escalate issues when required.
- Design and implement monitoring dashboards for production environments and operational plans.
- Work closely with IT managers and technical teams to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational documentation and monitoring guidelines.
- Participate in on-call or preventive support rotations, ensuring service continuity
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations or technical support (Level 1 / Level 2).
- Hands-on experience with ticketing and CMDB tools such as JIRA and GLPI.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL) and Windows environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Centreon.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell.
- Experience in data integration and building interactive dashboards using ELK Stack, Kibana, and/or Grafana.
- Solid background in Linux system administration, with strong scripting capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and operational focus.
- English and French proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon or Porto).
