Join our team as a Cloud Administrator (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructures across Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform.
• Configure and manage networking and security components (VNet/VPC, VPNs, firewalls, NSGs, IAM, RBAC).
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, CloudWatch, etc..
• Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability solutions.
• Support development teams in CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best-practice frameworks.
• Maintain clear documentation for architectures, processes, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to cloud cost optimization efforts (right-sizing, autoscaling, reserved instances).
• Provide day-to-day operational support for Azure environments, including monitoring, incident resolution, and service requests.
• Monitor Azure platforms and resources, including Azure services, managed databases, and Azure DevOps pipeline events.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Azure incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Perform Azure administration tasks such as OS management, patching, backup management, tagging, dashboard creation, and AKS administration.
• Handle standard service requests, provisioning activities, and change management processes.
• Develop, review, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022), including installation, configuration, and ongoing management.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services, networking, security, storage, compute, and monitoring services.
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Complementary experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS) and IBM Cloud.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layered cloud environments (network, application, performance).
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS).
• Experience managing cloud costs and optimizing resource utilization.
• Experience working in hybrid multi-cloud environments and critical, high-availability contexts.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong focus on cloud security and best practices.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in multi-cloud environments.
• Portuguese proficiency at a professional level (minimum C1).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
