Join our team as a Business Analyst – Python (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Understand the business domain and identify key analytical needs.
• Gather and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI (including DAX and data modeling).
• Collaborate with Data Science and IT teams to ensure data quality and business relevance.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure Agile methodologies (SCRUM) are followed in project execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, focused on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and dashboard/report development.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Understanding of data science concepts (predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning is a plus).
• Solid experience with SQL and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• Certifications such as PMI-PBA, Scrum Foundation Professional, or Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) are a plus.
