Join our team as a Technical Lead (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and manage the Technical Debt Backlog
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications
  • Process infrastructure change requests
  • Validate technical solutions
  • Define Golden Rules for technical standards
  • Conduct GAP analysis between existing solutions and the Reference Architecture
  • Define and develop the Transformation Roadmap
  • Support the Agile Team in product development, ensuring technical quality

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • + 5 years of experience as a Technical Leader
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative global team environment
  • Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR regulations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence (preferred)
  • Experience in strategic projects
  • Language skills:
  • English (mandatory)
  • Portuguese and Spanish (preferred)
  • Knowledge of application technologies and hands-on experience with them
  • Experience in with: Azure Data Factory, ETL tools – Informatica PowerCenter (preferred), Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Purview – Unit Catalog
  • Experience using GitHub for deployment management
  • Programming languages: Python and PySpark
  • Integration with SAP systems (preferred)
