Join our team as a Sitecore Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and maintain Sitecore XP/XM environments across Development, Test, QA, and Production
- Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of Sitecore platforms
- Implement Sitecore configurations, updates, patches, and upgrades
- Monitor platform health and proactively identify and resolve incidents and technical issues
- Analyze application and infrastructure performance and implement optimization measures
- Manage integrations with external systems through APIs and web services
- Collaborate with Development teams to implement new features and platform enhancements
- Participate in deployment processes, release management, and version control
- Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with security policies, backup procedures, and recovery processes
- Support business teams in identifying opportunities to improve digital platforms and user experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Sitecore environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience administering and/or developing Sitecore XP/XM platforms
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET
- Experience with IIS (Internet Information Services)
- Good knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience managing Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and log analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to service quality
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and improvement opportunities
