Join our team as a Senior Microsoft Consultant (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Define, design, and deliver SCCM and Intune endpoint management architectures, operating in standalone or co-management scenarios;
• Assess existing endpoint management setups and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in collaboration with customers;
• Operate, maintain, and optimize SCCM environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security;
• Diagnose and resolve SCCM client-related issues and Windows operating system incidents;
• Administer and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) related to workstation management;
• Lead and support the transition of endpoint management solutions to cloud-based platforms, including planning and execution phases;
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of migrations, upgrades, and system integrations;
• Produce, update, and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation in accordance with internal standards;
• Develop and maintain security and best-practice documentation, contributing to the organizational knowledge base;
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to maintain system availability, stability, and performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Experience with endpoint management migrations, including hybrid and cloud-based environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with customers and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and autonomous attitude.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
