What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate and lead meetings;
- Work closely with the Technology Manager to ensure adequate understanding and prioritization of service requirements;
- Foster a collaborative and teamwork environment to achieve project objectives;
- Remove impediments and ensure that the team has everything they need to be efficient;
- Maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of the agile process;
- Survey internal requirements and implement development framework;
- Define development activities in accordance with development architecture principles;
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure software integration and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
- Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams;
- Experience with Confluence framework:
- Familiarity with development architecture principles and software engineering practices;
- Scrum Master certification is desirable;
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively;
- Excellent conflict resolution and management skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Workplace: Lisbon (hybrid).
