Join our team as a Salesforce Developer Senior (Hybrid –  Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Define and review test cases to ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Experience with Cross-Source Identity Linking, including deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution approaches.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, and data privacy best practices.
• Experience with secure data access, PII protection, and integration architectures involving real-time triggers and event-driven patterns.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, SOAP APIs, and advanced SQL for developing dynamic emails, landing pages, and personalized customer journeys.
• Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience optimizing emails for responsive design and dark mode compatibility.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.
• Experience with advanced automation orchestration, error handling, and performance optimization.
