Join our team as an IT Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee datacenter operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across infrastructure environments.
• Manage and coordinate infrastructure, networking, and systems administration activities within the datacenter ecosystem.
• Supervise and support technical teams responsible for systems administration, infrastructure management, and support operations.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and network services.
• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution activities across infrastructure and operational teams.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements related to availability, capacity planning, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to align infrastructure services with business requirements.
• Ensure documentation, operational procedures, and governance practices are maintained and updated.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and infrastructure modernization projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or datacenter operations roles.
• Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or IT management functions.
• Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and virtualization environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure management.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing operational activities in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
