Join our team as a Functional Analyst (Hybrid – Lisboa)!
What You’ll Do:
- Understand the functionalities, components, and use cases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other CRM solutions.
- Perform functional and business process modeling, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to involved teams, fostering alignment and a solid understanding of processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration between legacy platforms and the CRM solution.
- Conduct customer data analysis, generating actionable insights to improve sales and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of functional modeling and business process mapping.
- Proven ability to share knowledge with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with system integration tools and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting customer data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
