Join our team as a Data Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon, Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Implement and manage data solutions on the Azure platform, leveraging tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting purposes, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data through best practices in governance, monitoring, and compliance.
• Support data integration efforts and continuously improve the efficiency of existing workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in building ETL workflows and integrating data from diverse sources.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or Scala for data manipulation and transformation.
• Familiarity with data lake architectures and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
