Join our team as a Senior Data Center Network & VMware NSX Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon or Madrid)!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support global data center networking and virtualization environments.
• Operate and maintain Cisco ACI underlay and VMware NSX overlay architectures, with a particular focus on NSX-T.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues between physical and virtual network layers.
• Work with VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols.
• Support large-scale data center migration projects across countries including France, Germany, Switzerland, and Singapore.
• Contribute to the design, deployment, and operation of standardized data center architectures.
• Automate infrastructure deployments and operational tasks using Terraform and Python.
• Collaborate with distributed technical teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Participate in technical assessments and provide expertise to the relevant technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data center networking.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware NSX, particularly NSX-T.
• Solid understanding of network architecture and interactions between physical and virtual network environments.
• Good knowledge of Cisco ACI or comparable data center networking technologies.
• Practical experience with VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and Python.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required for candidates based in Lisbon.
• Availability to work onsite at least 2 days per week.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
