Join our team as a Lead Salesforce Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Perform unit testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Define, review, and maintain test cases to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation according to project standards.
• Drive best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor and support development teams, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and code optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using JavaScript and HTML for Salesforce customizations and template development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and deployment processes.
• Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or leading development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
