Join our team as a Senior Linux Systems Administrator (Hybrid – Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8) environments across globally distributed infrastructures.
• Perform system administration activities, including patching, upgrades, user management, configuration changes, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor server health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve performance, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Develop and maintain Bash/Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Support disaster recovery, backup operations, and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with development, network, and operations teams to ensure platform stability and availability.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical production incidents when required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator in production environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7 and RHEL 8).
• Solid experience troubleshooting Linux operating systems, including performance, storage, networking, services, and system availability issues.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting for automation and operational support.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing distributed server infrastructures and supporting mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in high-responsibility environments.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and supporting production platforms.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum C1).
