Join our team as a Senior DevOps (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) systems.
• Automate deployment processes and infrastructure using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes, including configuration of clusters, node management, and pod maintenance.
• Oversee configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement security policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and certificate management.
• Monitor and manage the performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize delivery pipelines and improve development practices.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and resilience of infrastructure in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Identify and solve complex technical problems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Establish best practices and standards for DevOps processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:

• Experience with container orchestration: Implement, manage, and scale containerized applications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or other tools.
• Automate repetitive tasks and manage infrastructure through scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).
• Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with container management systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or systems administration, with at least 3 years in a DevOps role.
