Join our team as a CRM Dynamics 365 Tech Lead (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Oversee and guide a team of developers in customizing and extending the CRM platform using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the technical quality and consistency of Dynamics 365 implementations, including data modeling, entity relationships, and security configurations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features, recommending improvements and enhancements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integration tools and APIs, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web Services will be valued.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
