Join our team as a DevOps Tech Lead (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and DevOps engineers.
• Design, deploy, and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) systems.
• Automate deployment and infrastructure processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Oversee configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
• Ensure the monitoring and performance management of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize delivery pipelines and improve development practices.
• Ensure the security, resilience, and scalability of the infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Establish best practices and DevOps standards.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or systems administration, with at least 3 years in a DevOps role.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with container management systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
• DevOps or cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge of security practices and deployment best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to proactively and independently solve complex problems.
• Proficient in French, both oral and written.
